How does Nooshi find my competitors?
We use Google's places data plus a cuisine and neighborhood match. You'll see the list within 90 seconds of signup — if we've picked wrong, you can adjust your ring anytime from the dashboard.
Do I need to upload my menu or connect anything?
No. Nooshi pulls everything from public sources — Google, your own website if you have one, delivery apps. You never enter menu data or connect accounts.
What if I don't have a website?
You don't need one. We work off your Google Business listing. If your rivals have menus online, we track those; if they don't, we track everything else (ratings, reviews, promotions, hours).
How is this different from just checking Yelp?
Yelp shows you what's happening today. Nooshi shows you what changed this week, why it matters, and what to do about it — written up like a briefing, not a data dump. And it does it for 10 rivals at once, not one at a time.
Can I post the drafts straight to Instagram?
Right now, drafts are copy-and-paste ready inside your dashboard. Direct posting to Instagram Business API is on the roadmap for a future update.
What if I cancel?
One click from your billing portal. You keep access through the end of your billing period, then it stops. No penalty, no email chase, no "are you sure" popups.
Is my data private?
Yes. We only track public information about restaurants (yours and your rivals'). We don't sell data. We don't share your dashboard. Nobody sees your brief but you.
