Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PaliAnalytics LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Nooshi.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
You give us directly
- Signup information: your restaurant name, address, and email.
- Payment information: your credit or debit card details, processed by Stripe. We store only the card's last four digits, brand, and expiration — never the full number.
- Support communications: anything you email us or submit through support forms.
Automatically collected
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, dashboard interactions, timestamps.
- Device data: browser type, device type, IP address, general location (city / country).
- Cookies and local storage: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and local storage for user-interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data about restaurants (yours and your competitors')
To generate briefs, we collect and process publicly available information about restaurants — names, addresses, hours, menus, prices, ratings, reviews, promotions, and social-media posts — from sources such as Google, restaurant websites, and delivery platforms. This information is not personal data about you.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — build your competitor ring, generate weekly briefs, deliver dashboards and emails;
- To process billing and manage your subscription;
- To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, weekly briefs, service updates);
- To provide customer support;
- To improve the Service (analyze aggregated usage patterns, debug issues, prevent abuse);
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party vendors we need to operate the Service:

Each vendor is bound by its own privacy policy and by data-processing terms with us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PaliAnalytics LLC, our users, or the public.
4. Data retention
We keep your account information while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for up to 90 days so you can reactivate without loss, then delete or anonymize it. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by tax law. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support@nooshi.ai.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements);
- Export your information in a portable format;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use "sensitive personal information" for purposes other than providing the Service. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data moving between your browser, our servers, and our vendors. Our database is hosted on Neon with encryption at rest. We follow industry-standard practices for access control and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure — if you become aware of a vulnerability, please email support@nooshi.ai.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version.
